Refund Policy

◆ In case of defective products

If the product is defective, please contact our customer service center within 60 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.

If you find any defects or other issues with the product, please contact us at lvyanyan001@outlook.com before returning the product.
After checking the condition of the product, we will inform you of the return policy.

*If you wish to return a defective product purchased at a retail store, you will need the receipt (or proof of purchase).


◆ In case of customer convenience

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, such as a product that is different from what you expected or an incorrect order, please check the following and follow the procedure below. Please contact our customer center within 10 days of receiving the item.

If you return the product due to your own reasons, the shipping fee and return processing fee will be borne by you. If the product is defective, we will cover the cost.

・Only applies to unused, unopened products.
・Please return the item at your own expense.
*If the item is returned cash on delivery, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
・When returning the item, please use a courier service with a shipping guarantee. (Regular mail is not acceptable.)
*If the item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will not be able to accept the return.*
・As soon as the package arrives at our company, if there is no problem with the product, we will refund you the shipping fee.
*The customer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs when the item is shipped from our company [Nekopos = 360 yen, Takkyubin = 660 yen].
*Even if free shipping was applied to the item when you ordered, shipping charges will be deducted.

*We cannot accept returns of products purchased at our stores for reasons of customer convenience.
